When it comes to movies, I’m pretty split with what I enjoy. It either has to be something really spectacular; a masterpiece, the top 200 of IMDB sort of film. OR, it has to be super awful. Something with such bad effects you laugh your wine out your nose and spend the whole movie picking all the holes in the plot. Either way, this leads to movies I could watch over and over again, introducing friends to something special either way. So I give you, my top 3 awful movies, and my top 3 awfully good movies.
Well, there are a few *cough* 4 *cough* posts missing from my Blogtober so far. To be fair, half of them are written, with one nearly ready to go (it just requires a bit more of a proof read since it was written in a Beechams-medicated-flu-blur, so could be all slurred, glitter and rainbows nonsense). I’ll catch up by Monday with a “Days 3-6 post” and get everything linked up. So shall we carry on at day 7 like this didn’t all happen? The theme of today’s post; Why Did I Start Blogging?
I’m writing this day 2 post with my body having succumbed to (another) round of Mum-flu. This last week my partner has had the man-flu, and somehow I managed to avoid coming down with it, but as of yesterday afternoon Mum-flu began. I’m going with the flow today, and having a pyjama day with chocolate and all the carbs I damn well want (#Leanin15 can wait… mama needs chocolate…. and hash browns… and ginger wine). Little Mister seems fine which is the main thing, fingers crossed he avoids the parental plague.
This month is not October. Oh no, you are mistaken. It is actually Blogtober. Being one to always love a challenge, I’ve decided to take on the Blogtober challenge set by Mandi at Hex Mum Plus 1. For me I’ve enjoyed the blogging journey so far, and am starting to feel a little less overwhelmed at the vertical learning curve of self-hosting a site. I’m hoping to learn so much this month and that this shall kick-start my organising skills back into gear (haha). These should be in addition to my normal content (that’s the plan, anyway), and the rota of the month is outlined below.
